What is the process for product customization?
One word. Simple.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity of products?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity. There are three tiers here as well. 25, 100, or 250 are the minimum quantities as reflected on each product page.
Remember, the more you buy, the more you Mooove!
Do I have to order products for a minimum cost?
Yes, please make your orders at least $500. This way you save on shipping costs!

What do I do if I want a larger quantity of products?
Larger orders than quantities listed? Holy Cow… I mean yes, please! Fill the form at the end of the product request and we will contact you in moo time, 2 hours to be specific!

What is the custom fee for first time orders?
This is a one time logo setup fee (OTF) for all orders that require logo printing in one calendar year. Our expert designers will make sure your logo is placed and set up for maximum impact on the product of your choice.
OTF = No headache

Just sign in with your login credentials and and you will find these in previous orders.

What format is required for the logo?
Upload a .png, .pdf, .tif, or a .jpeg file only with at least 300DPI (dots per inch) resolution. The higher the resolution the better the print quality. If you create an image on your computer, create it in CMYK so that print product appears closest to the colors that you choose on your computer.

What customizations do you offer?
Depending upon the product type, we are able to offer a variety of printing techniques including pad printing, laser engraving, deboss, screen printing, digital prints, and embroidery.

Do products come in different colors?
They sure do! Next to each product, you will see a color code. When ordering through the website, click on the color you like and buy. When ordering through phone at 1-844-hcp-logo or our catalog, mention the color code along with the product number. E.g. black is 02, red is 04 etc.
Will I receive a draft of my product before customization?
Only if there is a problem. In that case, one of our design experts will email you with the question and wait for your response before proceeding.

We use standard USPS shipping. U.S. domestic shipping rates apply. Drop shipment & rush options available.

How do I return an item purchased on www.holycowpromo.com?
Only items that have not been customized can be returned. Contact us and provide order details. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the return process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Please note that all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the freight costs.
